Delete your account & data

This page explains how to delete your Next Session account and the data associated with it. Next Session is operated by Stayzeef Industries LLC.
Delete from within the app
The fastest way is in the app itself: go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. This removes your account and signs you out on all devices.
Request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app, email support@nextsessionapp.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request.” We’ll verify the request and process it within a reasonable time (typically within 30 days).
What gets deleted
- Account information — your name, display name, email, and profile picture.
- Availability and preferences — your calendar availability, language, time format, appearance, and notification settings.
- Your activity — votes, RSVPs, and sessions you created, along with your membership in groups.
- Device and push tokens — so you no longer receive notifications.
What may remain
- Shared group content — sessions and groups are shared with other members. Content created collaboratively may remain visible to a group after you leave, but it will no longer be linked to your profile.
- Purchase records — subscriptions and payments are handled by the app store (for example, Google Play). To cancel a subscription, manage it in your app-store account; store transaction records are retained by the store under its own policies.
- Legally required records — limited information we’re required to keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, retained only as long as necessary.
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Next Session+ subscription. Cancel it in your app-store account (for example, the Subscriptions section of Google Play) before deleting your account.
