• The app version (Settings → About → app version).
• A short description of what happened and what you expected.
• A screenshot, if it’s a visual issue.

Common topics

• Invite links — ask a group admin to re-share or rotate the link.
• Notifications — check Settings → Notifications and your system permissions.
• Next Session+ — manage or restore purchases from the paywall screen.
