Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Stayzeef Industries LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Next Session — our mobile app, our web app at app.nextsessionapp.com, and this website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this policy.
Who we are
Next Session is owned and operated by Stayzeef Industries LLC, 7901 4th St N, STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA. For any privacy question or request, contact us atsupport@nextsessionapp.com.
Information we collect
- Account information — when you sign up with Google or with an email address and password (via Firebase Authentication), we receive your name, display name, email address, and, if you provide one, a profile picture.
- Group and session data — the groups you create or join, group members and roles, invite tokens, sessions you propose, candidate dates, votes, RSVPs, session locations (in-person addresses or online join links), notes, durations, and recurring-session settings.
- Availability — the availability you set on your personal calendar so the Service can suggest dates that work for your group.
- Preferences — language, time format, time zone / UTC offset, appearance, and notification settings.
- Device and push tokens — a messaging token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) used to deliver notifications where you’ve enabled them.
- Purchase information — when you buy Next Session+, our payment partners (the app store or, on the web, Stripe — together with RevenueCat) tell us your subscription or entitlement status. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
- Diagnostic and usage data — limited technical data (such as app version, device type, and crash or performance information) used to keep the Service secure and reliable, including abuse prevention via Firebase App Check. With your consent, we also collect aggregate usage analytics (such as which features are used and key actions like creating or joining a group) — see “Cookies and analytics.”
How we use your information
- To provide the core scheduling loop — proposing, voting, confirming, and notifying.
- To deliver push and in-app notifications you’ve opted into.
- To provide and manage Next Session+ where purchased.
- To show ads in the free tier of the mobile app (see “Advertising” below). The web app does not show ads.
- To understand how the Service is used and improve it, through analytics — only with your consent (see “Cookies and analytics” below).
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
- To communicate with you about support requests and important changes.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We rely on trusted third parties that process data on our behalf, subject to their own privacy and security commitments:
- Google Firebase — authentication, Cloud Firestore (database), Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage (images), Cloud Messaging (push), App Check, and Crashlytics (crash/error diagnostics on Android).
- RevenueCat — manages subscriptions and in-app purchases and tells us your entitlement status.
- Google Play Billing — processes purchases made through the Android app.
- Stripe — processes purchases made in the web app and provides the customer portal for managing web subscriptions.
- Google AdMob — serves ads in the free tier of the mobile app and may use device identifiers for ad delivery and measurement. The web app does not show ads.
- Google Places — powers address autocomplete when you add an in-person session location.
- Google Analytics — aggregate usage analytics. We use Google Analytics for Firebase (GA4) inside the app (web and Android), and Google Analytics on this marketing website. Both run only after you consent (see “Cookies and analytics” below).
- Wiredash — powers the optional in-app “Send feedback” feature. When you choose to send feedback, it processes your message and any screenshot you include, along with basic app/device context, to help us fix issues and improve the app.
Cookies and analytics
This marketing website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics cookies are setonly if you accept them via our consent banner; until then, no analytics cookies are stored and no analytics data is collected. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
In the app, analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase) is consent-gated. The web app shows no ads, so we ask only for analytics consent there, through our own in-app message — analytics is off by default in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland until you accept. On Android, consent is gathered through Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). Until you grant consent, analytics identifiers are not used. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time viaSettings → Privacy → Privacy options in either app.
Advertising
The free tier of the mobile app shows ads served byGoogle AdMob, which may use device identifiers to deliver and measure ads — and, where you consent, to personalize them. In the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland we gather consent through Google’s User Messaging Platform before serving personalized ads. The web app does not show ads. You can learn about Google’s advertising practices and your choices atpolicies.google.com/technologies/ads. Subscribing to Next Session+ removes ads.
Calendar integration
If you choose to add a confirmed session to your calendar, the app opens your device’s calendar editor (on mobile) or a Google Calendar template (on web) pre-filled with the session details. We do not read your calendar.
Sharing
Group and session data is visible to the members of the groups you belong to — that’s how shared scheduling works. We otherwise share information only with the service providers listed above, when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
International transfers
Our providers, including Google and RevenueCat, may process and store data in the United States and other countries. Where applicable, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data, except where we’re required to retain it for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Your choices and rights
- Edit your profile and preferences in the app at any time.
- Manage notification preferences in Settings and in your device settings.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and associated data by emailingsupport@nextsessionapp.com.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or the CCPA), you may have additional rights, such as the right to object to or restrict certain processing or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
Account deletion
You can delete your account in the app (open your Profile from the Home screen, then tap Delete account) or request deletion at any time by emailingsupport@nextsessionapp.com. We process verified requests within a reasonable time. For details on exactly what is removed and what may be retained, see ouraccount & data deletion page.
Children’s privacy
Next Session is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under13 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including those provided by our infrastructure partners, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
